Zenless Zone Zero is HoYoverse's urban action RPG set in New Eridu, where Proxies take on cases while navigating Hollow outbreaks across the city. Polychrome is the main banner currency, used to pull for new Agents and W-Engines. Redeem codes are one of the most reliable ways to top up Polychrome reserves and collect upgrade materials like Investigator Logs, W-Engine Power Supplies, and Denny without spending anything.

All four codes below are currently active. Each one can only be used once per account, so redeem them as soon as possible — HoYoverse can expire codes at any time without advance notice.

How to redeem ZZZ codes
Before attempting to redeem a code, your account must have completed the Business x Strangeness x Justness Prologue quest and reached Inter-Knot Level 5. These two conditions unlock both the Redemption Code feature and the in-game Mailbox. Once those requirements are met, either method below works.
Redeeming in-game
Step 1: Launch Zenless Zone Zero and open the main menu from the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select More from the available menu options.
Step 3: Tap Redemption Code and enter the code exactly as listed — codes are case-sensitive and must be entered without extra spaces or characters.
Step 4: Open your Account Mailbox from the main menu to collect the rewards. Items appear there immediately after a successful redemption.
Redeeming via the HoYoverse website
Step 1: Navigate to the official ZZZ code redemption page and sign in with your HoYoverse account.
Step 2: Select the server region that matches your in-game account, then confirm your character name.
Step 3: Paste the code into the Redemption Code field and click Redeem. The rewards arrive in your in-game Mailbox within moments.
Note: The website method is particularly useful for securing time-sensitive codes when you can't launch the game right away. Both methods deposit rewards into the same in-game Mailbox.

Where new ZZZ codes come from
HoYoverse's most consistent code drops arrive during version update livestreams, which run roughly every six to eight weeks. Each stream typically releases codes worth around 300 Polychrome in total, but they expire within 24 to 48 hours of release. Redeeming them on stream day is the only way to guarantee you don't miss out.
Between major updates, additional codes surface through HoYoLAB community events and official Zenless Zone Zero social media posts. Keeping an eye on those channels is the most direct way to catch codes as they go live and before they expire.
