How to redeem Dragon Ball Legends codes

Redemption runs through the Bandai Namco Entertainment Web Store rather than a standard in-game menu. You'll need a Bandai Namco ID linked to your Dragon Ball Legends save before any code will apply to your account.

Step 1: Open Dragon Ball Legends and tap the menu button. Go to Other, then select Data Transfer Settings, and choose Transfer through a Bandai Namco ID Account to link your account to a Bandai Namco ID.

Step 2: On a browser, head to the Bandai Namco Web Store promo code page and sign in with the exact same Bandai Namco ID you linked in the previous step.

Step 3: Type the code into the promotion code field exactly as shown — codes are case-sensitive — then press Input to submit it.

Step 4: Return to Dragon Ball Legends and open the Shop screen. Rewards are applied automatically once you land there. If items don't appear right away, check your Gift Box or restart the app.
